Introducing     The 'OBF' System

One Bath Forward was designed and built to save time, energy and money.  Ozone is a well established compound that has been safely used for years in both the laundry and water purification industries.  One Bath Forward ('OBF') takes full advantage of this tremendously effective method of water purification by sanitizing your wash water, making it fit for storage and ReUse in later wash cycles.

The OBF system is comprised of durable and corrosion resistant industrial polymer or optional stainless steel water ReUse storage tanks, an elaborate array of piping and automatic valves, microprocessor controller and specialized industry specific software.  The system is mounted on a strong welded steel and powder coated frame that will withstand damage from carts and other washroom traffic.  The frame is also outfitted with a full-size drip pan to safely collect any liquids from overflow or system maintenance. 


                                                                  How does it work?


The OBF process is quite simple in its application.  It is a system designed to take advantage of the synergy developed when ozone is safely and effectively used to enhance the washroom (washing) chemistry.  Proper application of a Wet-Tech ozone system to the laundry process has proven to yield tremendous savings.  Ozone coupled with the One Bath Forward system greatly magnifies those savings.

Ozone naturally attacks and destroys bacteria, viruses, mold, fungi and algae more effectively then other biocides such as chlorine.  Additional oxygen contained in the ozone during the wash cycle increases oxidation saponification, lubrication, emulsifactions, suspension and floculation;  A true synergy with standard wash chemistry.

The OBF system not only applies ozone to pre-treat the wash water during each cycle, but is also used to treat the stored ReUse water until it is again utilized by the wash cycles.  Water from the rinses and finish cycles is pumped into the ReUse water tanks - rather then down the drain.
